If we are the host of your website, you can rest assured that our techs are working on the issue. We have alarms that go off the instant something were to happen. If we are not the hosting company for your website, you will need to contact your host directly. We cannot offer tech support for services which we don't provide.

If, however, there are no server issues and you still cannot access your website, the first thing you will want to do is to make sure that you have a solid Internet connection.

You can do that by visiting an Internet speed testing site such as www.speedtest.net. Click on "GO" and check your download speed and consistency.
