Each and every one of our clients knows exactly who we are and exactly what they are paying for. In our over 20 years of doing business online, we have never had a single billing error. And, if you aren't our client, we don't even have your billing information.

BUT...we do get falsely accused because of other companies' business practices quite often.

Why? Because our name is similar to thousands and thousands ... and thousands of other companies with Online and Biz in their names.

Some of those companies offer cheap or free stuff or free trials. Then in teeny tiny print, they barely mention that you are agreeing to pay $40 or $50 or $100 or more each and every month thereafter. Those are called re-bills...and many times they are less than honest but happen to a lot of people who don't like to read fine print agreements.

When people look at their credit card statement and see some version of Online and some version of Biz in the company name, they automatically assume it's us and start firing cannons and bazookas at our poor staff. If they would have just called the bank and got the contact number for the real culprit, it would have saved a lot of conflict.

But rest assured, it's not us. Call your bank.
