We do love to chat with our clients. But if your call is not an emergency tech support issue, then yes you will be charged for our phone time.

Why? Because we are primarily a consulting agency and phone time is the product that we sell. We offer a great consulting service and love to strategize with our clients. But in order to do that we can't just give this service away. Just like any other business we need to sell things to survive. And time is our product. Just like a cab service, if you are on the phone with us, the meter is running.

So how does our phone time work? Simple. All of our clients are given an allotted number of calls and an allotted amount of "strategy call" time based on the package purchased. These calls are scheduled in advance and are included in your monthly plan. If you need more time, no problem, you can schedule more calls right from the member dashboard.
